Removark provides an AI-powered watermark removal service. We offer both free and premium subscription plans for processing images to remove watermarks.

3. User Accounts

To use Removark, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Removark to:

  • Remove watermarks from copyrighted images without proper authorization
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our service
  • Upload malware or malicious code
  • Resell or redistribute our service without permission
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

New users receive 3 free watermark removals. Free uses do not expire.

Premium Subscription

  • Premium costs $9.99/year
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Refunds are available within 30 days (see Refund Policy)
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Removark, its logo, and all related marks are trademarks owned by us. All content, features, and functionality are owned by Removark and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to images you upload. We do not claim any ownership of your images. Images are processed solely for providing the watermark removal service and are automatically deleted after processing.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Perfect watermark removal results in all cases
  • Specific processing times

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMOVARK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Removark harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
